Cynthia Peaton began her career path where “organization” was the integral part of her duties nearly 25 years ago in Washington, D.C. Cynthia worked as a legal secretary where she fine-tuned her knowledge of managing paper flow and implemented various filing systems.
The Diplomatic Corp was the next position Cynthia accepted where her duties focused primarily on the Embassy Residence.
Her duties required overseeing, as well as "hands-on", preparation and planning of social and cultural events which were held at the
Residence, learning Spanish, approving and accounting for all purchases, residential maintenance and staff housekeeping.
Cynthia relocated her family to Sarasota in 1992, worked as a personal assistant to a hotel investor and became a licensed Florida realtor. She worked long hours in property management for absentee owners and learned just what it takes to meet the expectation of owners and tenants.
In 2004 “Better Organized” was conceived and has been where Cynthia continues to share her inherent talent for organization, neat-endings and happy on-going clients.
